EXO - MAMA (M)

I am seriously IN LOVE with these albums! This is EXO's first Mini Album, MAMA. I have both versions but this post will be for EXO - M and my next one will be for EXO - K. No particular reason why i'm doing M first.. Ahh wait, yes there is. But stay tuned to find out why!

I knew the albums would be thin, but when i saw it in person. It was REALLY thin! Probably less than 1cm in thickness but oh my goodness. This super thin album is PACKED full of perfection and everything in it will grand you happiness! Or at least, it did for me. This will be a mega long post, just because i have a lot of pictures to show and i have too much to say.

SM probably spent a lot of time to put this album together, not just the production of the songs but also the packaging. Oh my goodness the packaging! This is beyond unique and i am in love.

This is made out of cardboard which is not too thick. It's got a really nice texture to it! The front has the EXO logo in the middle with hexagon prints pushed down for a nice feel while the back has letters and Chinese characters coming upwards. And this is the most interesting part which i love love LOVE!

If you look at the back properly, you would be able to tell that it has the track listing! This part totally caught me off guard and wow-ed me. The silver characters are numbers written in the EXO font and EXO M is simple put at the bottom. The parts that pop up with no colour read the track names. Now, tell me that isn't genius? This is seriously the first time i've seen anything like that LOL I don't know but i guess you can say i'm pretty amused by it.

So now, you slide the contents out from either side and the first person you should see is Luhan! :P
As seen above, The CD and the photobook is hugged by a cardboard hexagon. CD to the left and photobook on the right.

And is the hexagon! The left pic is the front which, if you want, you can take and stick it up on your wall or something ^^ And the back is plain black with the lyrics of each song - one triangle each~

Okay! Moving on to the CD. EXO-M's album cover is black so they made thr CD black and silver. Can i call it silver? It's like the reflection type of thingy. I don't know what that's called but you can kind of see the top bit of my head on the bottom ofthe CD lol

And this is the cover thingy that holds onto the CD (Left: Front. Right: Back). It is white which is in contrast to the black that has been used for the outside packaging and the CD itself. But you guys will be able to see the connection between M and K's packaging soon in terms of colour (black and white).

Now! Moving onto the photobook, the picture above is the cover of the which is also the same picture used as the poster. Do you guys realised anything? It will be revealed later in the post kekeke

And these are some things that was in the booklet: a Chinese lyrics booklet and a event card for a fan signing which i obviously can't attend anyway :(

Seriously, how beautiful is it? UGHHHH The perfection in each and every single member. I have a picture of all of them, officially ^^

This was the first album that i opened so this was the first card that i got <3

And here is a comparison of the size of the photocard to the album itself. It's like the size of a postcard? LOVE LOVE LOVEEEE ~~♥

And at the back is all of their signatures ='D
So my collection is pretty much, some what, complete right from the very start LOL The autographs at the back is the same as what you would see on their individual member ones ^^
So i am so so lucky to have gotten the group one! SUPER EXCITED! LOL

And last but not least, the poser of the album!

If you guys didn't guess what the thing was that i mentioned earlier then you might want to take a closer look at Kris, his shoes in particular LOLOL He must have been in a rush while getting dressed. Either that or his shoes doesn't fit? o__O

It's okay giant, it's okay. We still love you!

Infinite - Official Tumbler (Second Invasion: Evolution)

Sungyeol-ah! Where do you think you're touching?

There are 2 versions for this Tumbler. One with cute messages and Infinite's signatures (the one i got) and i think the other one is plain?There are also 2 separate stickers to differentiate from the two.
White sticker = Signature
Gold sticker = Plain

After i opened the box, i stuck the sticker on the front of the box :P

I love how Woollim took the time to even decorate the packaging :)
It's just our boys in pencil line form and the Infinite symbol, very simple and classy.

The tumbler itself is modeled just like any other KPOP tumbler that you might have seen. The design shape and the opening is exactly the same. It's not too heavy but it's really pretty looking LOL I mean.. it's gold with a clear coating around it so yeah. And it looks especially nice with the cute emoticons and messages ^^
Though i don't know what they say :L

This is the front of the Tumbler, again, it has the Infinite symbol with the event name and the date of the concert. Please ignore the glares lol

I took 2 pictures of some cute emoticons that they drew ^^

The first one is obviously by Hoya but i'm not too sure who drew the second one =/

I'm pretty sure what you see on the Tumbler would be the same as the messages and stuff on the stickers. I didn't get the stickers because it was too over priced but i would of liked a set :(

The opening is very.. hmmm let's just say if you have hot coffee of anything besides water, i wouldn't go throwing it around in a big bag where it won't be sitting up right. It doesn't take much strength or tricks to open it because it just flips upwards. So over a period of time, the opening might not be as tight? I'm not a big tumbler user and i haven't actually used it yet LOL So i don't have much to say about that but just be careful!

For the past week, i've used a tumbler that my parents bought so that i could transport my tea to uni LOL And that one could keep my tea warm for quite a few hours. My friend said this one doesn't have thermal so..... *shrugs.
I'll be testing this one out soon though! But for now, it's just a decoration in my room LOL It's actually hidden away in my file in it's original box but... LOL

I was actually thinking of getting 2, one to use and one to look at LOL But since EXO is taking up a big part of my heart and shoving every other group out of the way, i guess i'll just use this one :)
But not for uni, so i don't know how else i can use it... i'll see.

Infinite - Official Photo Card (Second Invasion: Evolution)

This is a way over due post but hey, i have another one on its way lol
Again, i wasn't planning on getting this LOL After picking up the things that i wanted (the poster and the tumbler) my friend and i was actually on our way back home when she opened up the one she bought and sitting right on top of the deck of photo cards was the plastic Second Invasion card. I didn't do any research beforehand because i honestly didn't think that polaroid photo cards would have looked that good =/

But the thing that got me mot was that card! This one.

It's like a bank card with infinite amount of money inside or something LOL It's so pretty! ='D

So as you can see, it just says Infinite 2012 0401. So the year 2012 and the date that they had their concert. There's actually more number after that but i removed it because i think that's our personal number :) So everyone should have a different set of numbers.

This post is kind of backwards LOL Here are 2 pictures of the front and back of the casing. It's tin so it's very protective of the cards.

It just has 2 stickers on the front and back. Front is of the Infinite members with the logo and the back just has some information about it being a official good and what not :)

There are a total of 44 cards; individuals and a few group/ duo pictures. On the bottom of the cards, there is the infinite logo but some of the individual ones have messages on them, in Korean. I so don't know what they say anyways LOL

I took a snap of the group photo cards :)

I think if your phone has a flat back then you can actually put these photo cards on the back of your phone or something :) And that would look really nice. Otherwise, they are just for looking at haha The pictures are from their Daum cafe or something? But i don't have a account so i've actually never seen these pictures before ^^"
So it's something new for me but for those of you who have a Daum cafe then you would have seen these pictures already.

So yeah, nothing too special about these cards lol I mainly wanted it for the plastic card xD
No regrets.

My 'personal' blog was starting to get flooded with KPOP posts since KPOP is practically my life, so i decided to make a new blog strictly for KPOP. So that way, hopefully -fingers crossed- there won't be too much KPOP item reviews and stuff hogging up my personal blog.

Infinite - Official Concert Posters (Second Invasion: Evolution)

This is the Official Concert Merchandise - Poster Set from Second Invasion Evolution which happened on April 1st.

I managed to get a set of these babys thanks to my KPOP supplier :P

If you read my recent post then you would already know that i wasn't planning on getting this but once i saw it with my own eyes in stores, i just couldn't pass on it! So i bought a set and they do look absolutely perfect.

Here are some pictures~!

I don't know if i'm actually going to keep them though =/

After looking at them for a while, i realised this sparkle that they have in each of their eyes and it looks a bit freaky LOL Maybe it's just me? But other than their eyes, their pose and everything about them is just absolutely beautiful!

My favourite would have to be Hoya, for obvious reasons but Sungyeol looks handsome too!

B1A4 - Ignition

 I got this album so long ago, but i never had the chance to post about it OTL But finally, here it is!

This is B1A4's first full length album and i have to say, it is AMAZING!!!!

I was extremely tired on the day that i got this album so when i first listened to it, it was mehh no big deal. EXCEPT!!!! For the title track 'Baby I'm Sorry' which is written, composed and produced by our very own, Jinyoung!!! WOOH GO LEADER!!!

But after listening to it again the very next day i completely fell in love with the album. ALL the songs are amazing! And 'Baby I'm Sorry' still makes my heart skip a beat every time i listen to it, even today. They matured so much from 'O.K', 'Only Learnt The Bad Things' and 'Beautiful Target'. They came back with a manlier title track.

This is the front and back cover of the packaging - shinny. Can i also describe it as glossy? lol
As you can see, it's square (when closed) and it's very reflective LOL
It's very easy to scratch or have slight scratch marks so do be careful with it. It's no big deal but just putting it out there, since the material is shinny and it's silver so it's easier to spot out.

When you open it, this is what you see!
It comes with 2 photobooks, one for the jacket shoot and one for behind the scenes of the MV photo shoot. Both have very beautiful pictures within! The photobook on the left is actually stuck on to the cover (so you can't take it out) but the one on the right is removable lol And underneath that photobook is the CD.

The CD is nicely fitted into the cardboard like circle shape and it's held together/ in place by the black rubber... thingy =/
So nothing too fancy, just a simple design to keep the CD in place haha It might be a bit hard to take the disc out at first but you'll get used to it! Make sure you don't full bend the disc while trying to take it out and end up snapping it though!
But i'm sure the chances of that happening is close to nil :) 

The first photobook i'm going through is the concept photoshoot. The album is called Ignition so i guess that's why they are holding light bulbs for this shoot? lol And they are wearing neon coloured clothing as well. I took some pictures of the ones i liked most ='D

This is the behind-the-scene MV photoshoot photobook. The top 2 pictures are the front and back covers (respectively) of the booklet and the 3 pictures after that are of: CNU, Gongchan and Baro. Don't they all look so mysteriously handsome? keke

I am loving Gongchans blond hair, it suits him well! Don't you think?

I seriously serisouly SERIOUSLY!!! -bold- LOVE their concept this time around. I loved their other concepts but this one is just LOVE!

Baby I'm Sorry is an amazing song. HEART.

All in all, i really enjoyed this album ^^
All the songs are pure amazing and both the photobooks are filled with beautiful, sexyful pictures of our lovely, manly boys.

The next picture is of the poster LOL Which, i have seen already but i didn't know that it was going to be the poster. And no one uploaded any information on it either. I asked Tumblr but it seemed like other people wanted to find out as well? LOL
Well anyways, this is what the poster looks like. It's not all that big, or at least compared to my other posters but this would honestly have to be my favourite picture of them for this album.

Jinyoung looks like he's wearing a bath robe or something LOL But the pink and white really works, to me. LOVE -makes heart-
